Special Meeting on Proposed By-Laws Revisions
The Village Green Community Association, a 501-C7 organization, is holding a special meeting for the current membership to review and adopt proposed changes to the by-laws of the organization on December 6 from 7-8p at the VGCA Clubhouse.
For the last 6 months, a volunteer advisory group of residents have been reviewing and discussing the by-laws to ensure that the by-laws reflect the best practices of nonprofits and accurately reflect the work and intent of the VGCA organization. A special thanks to the following advisory group members: Jonathan McBride – Convener, Andy Maciejewski – Co-Convener, Ryan Greene, Cristi Herrera, Ryan La Riviere, Pat Matriet, and Kelly Matteson.
The Special Association Meeting on December 6 will be open for current members of the VGCA to propose any additional changes and to vote on the proposed changes. If you would like a print copy, or if you have questions or comments prior to the meeting, please contact Jonathan McBride ([email protected]) or Andy Maciejewski ([email protected]).
