Village Green Flag Football team started by neighborhood kids

This young man decided to get with his brother and start a flag football team. With the approval of the VGCA Board they have been practicing on VGCA property under the power lines for 1.5 weeks now. The group had their first game on Sat, Aug 8 at 10am. Parents lined the sidelines and cheered them on too. Ages range from 7-13 yrs old and its boys and girls. If you live in VGCA and have children interested in joining, please stop by around 10am on the days they practice…usually 3-4 days a week. Games will be on Saturdays from what they have told me.
