On July 23rd, several Village Green neighbors and two VGCA Board members attended the Citizens Information Meeting on the Hogan Drive Extension Phase II which was recapped here.
Shortly after the meeting, the VGCA Board put our concerns and ideas in writing and provided them to the City’s Engineering Department. The City has responded and their response can be viewed on this link (in PDF format).
For those interested in the street conditions in Village Green and when they are planned to be resurfaced, please see pages 3-5 in the PDF.

Hire-a-Teen Info needs updating
/in Uncategorized /by VGCA Pool ManagerThe Village Green Crier is in need of updated Hire-a-Teen info. We will be removing all existing entries and adding new ones beginning November 1, 2019. Please be sure to add your teen the list so Village Green neighbors have an option of choosing excellent teenagers to help them with tasks around their house.
Parents/Guardians — we will not be posting names and phone numbers on the vgnn.org website but rather will only post the information in the Village Green Crier that is emailed weekly.
Everyone — make sure you have signed up for the Village Green Crier here so you can see the updated list.

Preparing for Halloween
/in Crier, Village Green /by VGCA Pool ManagerVGCA Vice President Amy Nuttall organized a Halloween Prepping Party on Saturday, Oct 19th. We had a good turnout and the kids (and parents) enjoyed the creepy crawly formaldehyde apple cider, Halloween donuts, Ghost Poofs, and may other treats. They were able to color a Halloween Trick-or-Treat bag and gather some treats for it. They also decorated pumpkins to take home. The Monster Mash and some other Halloween themed music was played by DJ Connor and DJ Ben.
Thank you to Amy for organizing and thanks to Amy’s helpers (Connor and Ben) for setting up and cleaning up.
